Our Services

Providing Assistance:

We are providing financial and educational assistance to youth Pre-K through 12th grade in the Madison County, Alabama community. The services typically provided 

are listed here, but, contact us to see if we can assist 

you in your endeavors:

Recreational Fees:

We assist families of deserving youth with limited resources that participate in any sort of sport affiliated with Huntsville City, Madison County, and/or Madison City Schools, as well as youth involved in civic recreational leagues; and, Amateur Athletic Union (AAU)  programs which offer youth sports, from grades Pre-K (4) throughout high school (12) in the Madison County, Alabama area.    

Educational Fees:

Our association supports families of deserving youth with limited resources from Pre-K through 12th grade that face ongoing financial obstacles in meeting core curriculum monetary obligations; whether the need is related to math, science, English, or social studies; out-of-classroom experiences, or associated evaluation and/or administrative costs within the Huntsville City, Madison County, and/or Madison City Schools; or, a recognized academic organization within the United States requiring said fees or costs upon students’ registrations.

Extra-Curricular Fees:

ScholarAid provides funding for deserving youth with limited resources from Pre-K through 12th grade that participate in various  extra-curricular activities, including: the fine arts (drama, band, orchestra, choir), Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC), cheerleading, and dance; additionally, this provision also assists graduating high school students for remittance of ‘senior’ fees.  

Additional Information

Enrichment Camps

At times, students may require, or, be admitted to outside experiences, either during summer recess from normal instruction; or, during Alabama Education Association 

(AEA or Spring break) week. ScholarAid is uniquely positioned to lend financial support for these special circumstances as well. However, exceptions may apply, and funding would be provided on a first-come-first served basis; or, until resources are exhausted. We look

ScholarAid Tips for Parents & Guardians / What to Bring when Applying

Please furnish receipts of any funds already supplied, letter of award or pending

donation from other organizations (on letterhead), gifts from relatives, etc.;

proof of registration in school or club sponsoring activity, and, proof of

school enrollment in either public or private school in Huntsville / Madison

County; student’s age and grade level.
